Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently offers the following shipping methods:
Economy Delivery 3-5 working days: £0.00
Priority Delivery 1-2 working days: £3.99 (cut off time 5 pm)
EU Delivery: £10 flat rate to all locations within the EU.
International Delivery: £16 flat rate to all international locations.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All delivery times are excluding non-working days. Therefore, our Economy Delivery will be 3-5 working days, and priority shipping 1-2 working days. International orders are dependent upon the country being delivered to. An estimate of delivery time will be given upon shipping.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We love our products traveling to new countries. Please select the correct shipping at the checkout for your country. 

Can I Track The Delivery Of My Parcel?

If you have selected priority delivery, using your order number you can track the status of your parcel. We will update you once the order has been confirmed, shipped and delivered. Email updates will also be sent whenever there is a change to the status of your parcel.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently have PayPal and a Stripe payment option set up for customers to use. Please select which ever you’d prefer. Returns will be made through the same payment method as selected in checkout.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Add your desired product/products to card. This is displayed on the product page. Then click on ‘my cart’ and the checkout option. We have clear steps from there to help you through the order process. 

Who should I contact if I have any queries?

You can contact us directly through customerhelp@cocoandraine.com or use the Contact Us form on our Contact Us page. We reply to queries as quick as soon as we can. Alternatively, we are happy to help through our social media accounts. Links to these can be found at the bottom of every page. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Yes. Please contact us before 12am the same day the order was placed to change or cancel an order. Orders will be sent out the next working day so amendments can be made if we are informed soon enough. Sadly after this returns/exchanges will have to be made once the parcel is delivered. 

How Do I Track My Order?

If you have selected priority delivery, using your order number you can track the status of your parcel. We will update you once the order has been confirmed, shipped and delivered. Email updates will also be sent whenever there is a change to the status of your parcel. 

How Can I Return a Product?

Our returns address will be provided in the delivery parcel, however if you no longer have the address that’s no problem. Drop us a message and we will provide all the details again. Returned items must have all the labels still attached and be returned in less than 14 days from the delivery date. Any items without labels attached/not in their original condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. We are unable to cover postage costs, and hold no responsibility for returns lost in the post. We therefore advise using a tracked postage method and keeping the reciept.
